Terms of sale

These terms of sale (the "Terms") govern the contractual relationship between Valtixe (the "seller") and any individual or business placing an order on valtixe.com (the "customer").

Placing an order means you accept these Terms without reservation. They prevail over any other purchase terms not expressly agreed in writing by the seller.

Products offered are those listed on the site, subject to availability. Photos and descriptions are indicative only; minor variations (for example shade, packaging batch, or label updates) do not make the seller liable if the product remains materially as described.

The seller may change the product assortment at any time.

Prices are shown in the currency selected on the site (for example USD) and include applicable taxes when we display them as tax-inclusive, unless clearly stated otherwise on the product page or at checkout.

Shipping costs, if any, are shown before you finally confirm the order.

The seller may change prices at any time; you are charged the price in force when your order is recorded and accepted.

The customer states that they have legal capacity to contract and that the information provided (identity, shipping and billing address, contact details) is accurate.

• Orders are placed through the checkout flow provided on the site.
• An acknowledgment or order confirmation may be sent by email; it confirms receipt of the order subject to stock and successful payment authorization.
• The seller may refuse or cancel an order in case of obvious error (price, description), suspected fraud, or an ongoing dispute with the customer.

Payment is made using the methods offered on the site at checkout (payment card, online payment services, or other options displayed).

Transactions are secured through authorized payment partners. The seller does not store full card or bank credentials on its own systems.

The order is final only after successful capture or confirmed payment authorization from the provider.

Products are shipped to the address provided by the customer, within the regions and timeframes indicated on the site or during checkout.

Delivery times are estimates; reasonable delay does not entitle the customer to cancel the order or claim damages, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

If a product remains unavailable for an extended period after ordering, the customer is informed and may receive a refund for that item or an alternative offered by the seller.

Risk of loss or damage passes when the goods are handed to the carrier, or—if pickup at a designated point is offered—when the goods are handed to the customer, as stated in the shipping option you select.

The customer should inspect the parcel on delivery and report any issue (damaged parcel, missing item) using the process described on the site or with the carrier as instructed.

Withdrawal, exchange, return, and refund rules are those set out in our Return policy, which forms part of these Terms for that subject matter.

Any mandatory consumer rights under the laws of your country or state of residence remain fully applicable where they are more favorable than these Terms.

The seller is responsible for lack of conformity of products under applicable consumer and commercial law. The customer has the remedies provided by law, without prejudice to any more favorable terms we may publish on the site.

Any additional commercial warranty, if offered, is described on the product page or in a separate document.

The seller is not liable for failure to perform caused by force majeure or events outside its reasonable control (strikes, severe weather, network outages, etc.).

The seller is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the site or purchase of products, within the limits permitted by applicable law.

Data collected in connection with orders is processed as described in our Privacy policy, in accordance with applicable data protection law.

The seller may update these Terms at any time. The version that applies is the one published on the site at the date of your order. Earlier orders remain governed by the version in force when they were placed.

These Terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdictions where Valtixe operates, without limiting any mandatory consumer or other rights you may have under the law of your country or state of residence. If no amicable settlement is reached, competent courts are those determined under applicable law, subject to any mandatory rules on jurisdiction or venue.
