When available, smaller formats or variety packs let you try a formula before committing to a full tub. Product pages list the sizes we stock for each item.
We only work with official or authorised sources. Products are traceable, and we do not sell counterfeits.
After dispatch, we email a tracking link or number (depending on the carrier). You can also check order status from your customer account when that option is enabled.

Promotions may include free shipping depending on the campaign, city, or country. Eligibility is always shown on the product page, in the cart, or at checkout.
